Every year Cabo San Lucas is visited by humpbacks, grey, blue and sperm whales. Cabo Expeditions will take you to observe, listen and learn about these magnificent sea mammals. Our staff has been trained in marine animal identification, habitat, and behavior by the Sea world California Education department. Have you wondered how a whale gets to fresh water from the ocean? Do you know why a whale beaches? Why do whales migrate down of the Baja during our winter season? If you desire more professional, intimate experience, and an action-packed ride, then come and discover the splendor and watch the whales with Cabo expeditions.
Cost: $70.00 Adult, $40.00 children from 4 to 10 years old.
Operates: Daily from December 1 to March 31.
Times: 8:00 am, 10:00 am, 12:00 pm, 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm.
Duration: 2 hours.
Location: Cabo San Lucas Marina.
Departs: Dock M1 but meet the guide at Tesoro hotel F9 next to Baja Cantina bar, look for 'Cabo Expeditions'.
Returns: To Dock M1.
Includes: Guide, life jacket, water and sodas.
Excludes: Beach towels, transportation to and from the dock, alcoholic drinks, meals.
Notes: This Activity operates only on whale season from January through March. We do not recomend this activity for people with back problems and for children under 4 years old. Please be 30 minutes before to your time reservation in Cabo Expeditions office, located at Tesoro Hotel at the Marina side, next to Baja Cantina Restaurant . Unfortunately we can not guarantee you will see whales all the time.

The expeditions take up to 15 people in Zodiac boats of the type US Navy SEALS use.

Description
Ocean Riders have become the most popular tour to go whale watching. The performance of our boats will let us explore more territory than any other boat in town, making the finding of whales a sure thing while seating comfortably and enjoying the surroundings of this beautiful corner of the world. Not being specific on where we go, we follow nature to the Pacific Ocean or the Sea of Cortez, depending on where the action is on that specific day. The encounters with these magnificent marine mammals are unique with our boats getting you to the hot spots in almost no time; once we found them we follow them in their journey thru these waters and giving them time to entertain us, as they always do with their playful behavior. Baby's being born, males being showoffs, feeding, breaching and playing the love game are usual sights we encounter everyday in our tours.
Cost: $70.00 per adult, $55.00 per child 6-12 years old.
Dates: Seasonally from December to April 10.
Duration: 2 Hours.
Times: 8:00 am, 10:30 am, 1:30 pm and 4:00 pm.
Departs: Please be at Plaza Bonita next to Nowhere Bar.
Returns: Depending on tour hour.

An adventure on a sailing vessel that makes you feel closer to the whales than any other. Experiences a feeling of swimming with the whales while sailing silently along side just a few arms length away.
Cost: $65.00 per adult, $32.50 children from 8-12 years old. Younger than 8 years old are free.
Dates: Seasonally from December to March.
Duration: 3 Hours.
Times: 8:00 am.
Departs: From Marina Dock 'B' located at Puerto Paraiso Shopping Mall.
Returns: 11:00 am.
Includes: 3 hours boat ride, guacamole, mexican salsa, tortilla chips, fruit, mexican appetizers and open premium bar.
Excludes: Transportation and tips for the crew.

Description
Whale watching in Cabo San Lucas is an experience not to be missed. This tour is only available January through March, during the migration of the Gray and Humpbacked Whales which travel exclusively to the warmer waters of the Baja to mate and give birth to their calves -- making these species true Mexican natives. Keep a look out for the white spray that indicates one of these gentle giants is about to surface. Catch a glimpse of a majestic tail or with luck, watch with amazement as these 30 to 40 ton animals lift themselves out of the water, spin in the air and come crashing back down into the water. As if the breathtaking scenery of the famed Cabo 'Arch', Land's End, Lover's Beach and the majestic Baja coastline weren't enough to entice you to join us for this cruise .
Cost: $49.00 per adult, $24.50 children from 5 to 10 years, younger than 5 years are free.
Dates: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, seasonally from January to March.
