Your journey starts outside the tourist area and where general population and rustic town?s people live. Baja Outback shows all sides of our destination that many tourists do not have the chance to see. Seeing the way the people of the area live just minutes away from the deluxe hotels in the region shows our guests why all of our recourses in the Baja are so important. Small towns are established throughout the area and we will have the chance to stop in some of these villages and visit with some of the local residents. Get to know the locals and perhaps see them working on their farms or making their crafts for sale.

Hummer Adventure Rancho La Verdad*
Description
You drive an H2 Humvee in this tour! During this excursion we'll visit an organic farm hidden in the dessert of Baja. We will be able to walk through the vegetable the garden, taste their fresh fruits (papaya, figs, guavas, tomatoes) and pet their lovely animals (baby goats, cows, dogs and horses). This tour allows you to experience nature at its best! Rancho La Verdad has a natural spring that works as a very efficient irrigational system. Enjoy this exotic paradise in the middle of nowhere. This tour lasts approximately four-hours in length. This excursion will take you to the 'back parts' of the southern Baja peninsula.
Cost: $121.00 per person.

Todos Santos Hummer Expedition with Outback

You drive an H2 Humvee in this tour! Todos Santos, was named this past October by the Mexican Secretary of Tourism as one of Mexico's Magical Towns; it was chosen among other 311 towns. It is considered to be a House of Culture, overflowing with inspirational and artistic visionaries, and brimming with some of the best local artists, musicians, and writers from around the world. Everyone wants to make a short trip to Todos Santos, especially while visiting Los Cabos, but no one ever thought of getting there off-road, until we did! It also happens to be one of the most important Jesuit Mission sites in the Southern state of Baja California and, it certainly is best defined as...an oasis. 'The dark, desert highway' that the Eagles wrote about in their song called Hotel California, has been rediscovered in this H2-classic-of-a-tour to Todos Santos. The expedition to Todos Santos is six hours long and it is fully guided.

Begin your day exploring the local plaza of Los Cabos, wandering through the main kiosks and local church which is the heart and soul of every town in Mexico. Leaving the town behind, our fun, knowledgeable and eco friendly guides who are experts in nature, take you into the heart of the deserts in a safe and enjoyable environment. Farm animals abound and the collection of fossils that this family has acquired through the years of exploration of the canyons and mountain ranges, is even more astonishing. Continuing on you will travel to the beaches located close to Cabo Pulmo where kayaking, snorkeling, and swimming are unparalleled experiences at Los Arbolitos. Beneath the surface of the Sea of Cortes, lies the only living corral reef in the Northern Western Hemisphere. Emerge yourself in the underwater world with hundreds of fish. Explore the pristine coast of the marine sanctuary and visit with the sea lions in the ocean that Jacques Cousteau proclaimed to be 'the aquarium of the world'.
