Payment and Cancellation Procedures
Payment:
Purchase is subject to a administrative and service fee of 5% of the total tour amount. Your credit card will be charged immediately in US Dollars and will appear on your statement as Terramar. American Express forbids making direct charges in US dollars to credit cards, the transaction must be in Mexican pesos with the actual company exchange rate, but will show in USD on your monthly bank card statement. Be aware that credit card companies will apply their own exchange rate depending on the fluctuation of the peso and their internal policy. BookCabo is not responsible for the variances that you might experience on those transactions. Charges will appear on your statement as Grupos e Incentivos.

A 95% will be issued if this booking is cancelled 72 hours in advance of the time listed on your confirmation and a 50% refund if this booking is cancelled 48 hours in advance. After this time the 100% will be charged. There is no refund for any 'No Show'.
