TO KNOW... TURTLE RELEASE
Turtle release season is now starting
and Baja Outback is the only company who offers this
incredible experience to our clients. Baja Outback is
part of a wildlife conservation program in which participants can
adopt a baby turtle and help release it into the ocean. Participants will not only help in the preservation of the species but they will also learn about the turtles and their habitat. Meet our certified guide in the nursery camp and choose one turtle for adoption. Prepare to release your turtles into the wild as the nests are liberated and watch first hand as they start their new life in the ocean. Turtle release season is from August to the first week of November.

For seafood lovers, and especially fish
lovers, ceviche is a seafood dish, where fish is mixed with vegetables
and marinated in lime ... the fish is cooked in the same
lime, it never gets the heat of an oven for example. This makes it
a very particular way of cooking. The
main ingredients are fish or shrimp, tomato, onion, chile serrano,
cucumber, lemon, salt and pepper. It is served accompanied by
tortilla chips and avocado. To drink there is nothing better than a cold
beer or a michelada. Here in Los Cabos you will find some great
pleaces where you can have a great ¨Tostada de Ceviche¨ and the classic
fish tacos. I recommend ¨Tacos Rossy¨ a local restaurant in San Jose del
Cabo or ¨Gardenias¨ in Cabo San Lucas.
